What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following method of payments only;
- Credit Card – Mastercard & Visa
- Bank Deposit
I want to pay via Bank Deposit, where can I locate your bank details?
During the checkout process when you select Bank Transfer as Payment Method the bank details will become visible on the screen. A copy of the bank details will also be emailed to you at time of checkout.
Once you have completed payment via Bank Deposit please send a copy of the remittance advice to [email protected]
Do you accept cheques?
We do not accept any personal or company cheques.

What methods of shipping are available?
RM Gear use the following selection of shipping methods to deliver their products across Australia
- Australia Post
- Star Track
- Fastway Couriers
Do you provide tracking numbers for orders shipped?
All orders that are shipped will have a tracking number that will be used to track the delivery of the item.
The tracking number will be sent via email once product has been shipped.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
If you have not received your order within 3-5 business days after you have received an official email stating the product has been shipping please use the tracking number to locate the item via the shipping vendors website.

Do you ship products to locations outside of Australia?
RM Gear currently only ships products to customers located within Australia.
I purchased the product and have received it but I have changed my mind?
RM Gear does not provide refunds if there has been a “change of mind” exercised by the buyer
My item has arrived damaged or Dead on Arrival - what do I do?
If you item has arrived damaged or dead on arrival please contact our team via email – [email protected] and one of our friendly staff will be in contact with you.
Where are the items shipped from?
The items are shipped from our Sydney Warehouse
How much warranty do I receive?
Generally as a default all products will come with a 12 month warranty unless specified otherwise on the product items page.
How do I make a warranty claim?
